Hello and welcome to our new website, Runcorn Residents Federation was established in 1987 and is an umbrella organisation for the affiliated Residents Associations and groups within Runcorn. We provide a focus for a united response to Local Government, Landlords, the voluntary sector, the Police, Health Authority and other strategic bodies.
